| Original Waffen SS model 1943 peaked mountain cap
Item no: 000018 | | | C1940s | | Rare Original Waffen SS model 1943 Bergmutze from a private collection, in brownish field grey wool/rayon blend fabric with fold down sides and two grey horn buttons. The cap has a machine woven silver grey rayon Waffen SS eagle and deaths head motif which has been hand-sewn to the cap. The left side of the cap carries an embroidered Waffen SS pattern edelweiss, on a black background. The interior of the cap is lined in grey cotton.
