Order information
When you choose to buy an item or items from LeonsMilitaria.com you must first fill in the “Order Details” section of the LeonsMilitaria.com online “Shopping Basket”. The details required from you at this point of the transaction are:
(i) Your name
(ii) Your Email
(iii) Extra Contact Information
For your security and product satisfaction we will not require you to provide LeonsMilitaria.com with your method of payment, payment or delivery details at this point. Completion of the “Shopping Basket” form will simply reserve the item/s you have chosen to purchase until LeonsMilitaria.com has contacted you for your payment and delivery options.
Although LeonsMilitaria.com will require a valid email address to confirm all orders, you may find this process faster and more convenient if a phone number is stated in the “Extra Contact Information” section of the “Order Details” form.
LeonsMilitaria.com will try to contact you within 48 hours. From this time the item/s you have chosen to purchase will be held on reserve for up to 3 days or until LeonsMilitaria.com has received a satisfactory reply with payment details and delivery details, please feel free to contact us at any time using the contact methods on the “Contact Us” page of the LeonsMilitaria.com website.
Due to the nature of our business, we regret it is not possible to hold any items for longer than this period without confirmation of an order. The product/s may still be available for sale, but we cannot guarantee it. We do offer a Lay Away Plan for purchases over £500 sterling. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information. If you wish to take advantage of the Lay Away Plan then you should either make us aware in the “Extra Contact Information” section of the “Order Details” form or let us know directly when we attempt to contact you for your payment and delivery details.
New Products
When a new product is placed on to LeonsMilitaria.com it will show as a “New Product” for a set period of time. When browsing products you can choose to view “All New Products” at anytime.
Sale product
When a product is set as a sale product on LeonsMilitaria.com it will show as a “Sale Product” until it is purchased or taken out of the sale. When browsing products you can choose to view “All Sale Products” at anytime.
Reserved Products
When an order is completed all items within the “Shopping Basket” will be reserved and will show as reserved on the LeonsMilitaria.com website until payment has been taken or the order cancelled. If the order is cancelled the items will become available to purchase again.
Sold Products
Reserved products that are sold will be shown on the LeonsMilitaria.com website as “Sold” for a set period of time, and will then be taken off of the site.
Exchange Rates
Dollar and Euro prices are displayed with every product as well as (£) pounds sterling prices. We try to update the exchange rates weekly but please note that the Dollar and Euro prices are taken from the (£) pound sterling price which is always correct.
