Rare Nelson Masonic Crimson Oakes Society medal in bronze commenced January 19th 1808. the obverse showing a portrait of Lord Nelson with the motto GALLANT NELSON DIED OCTr. 21 OFF CAPE TRAFALGAR and on the reverse NELSONIC CRIMSON OAKES COMMENCED JANy.19 1808 with masonic symbols including eye, compass, sun, ark and naval reliloquies. Drilled at 12 o'clock for suspension. 53mm dia.
